Making disciples of Jesus by seeking His kingdom in everyday life
You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored?
It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out & trampled under people's feet.
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Nor do people light a lamp & put it under a basket, but on a stand, & it gives light to all in the house.
In the same way, let your light shine before others,
so that they may see your good works & give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
— Jesus, Matthew 5:13-16

Our Priorities
-
Simple Gatherings
Whether you're deconstructing, reconstructing, exvangelical, skeptical, or curious, all are welcome into our gatherings. We discuss & teach the scriptures we all read the previous week, & we worship God together through psalms, songs, celebrations, communion, prayer, & more.
-
Women and Men Leading Together
Spiritual sisters & brothers need each other’s perspectives, distinctions, & voices in mission & ministry. While we uphold male elder responsibility under Christ’s authority, mature & godly women & men lead our church family together.
-
Empowering Each Other's Gifts
Everyone is gifted as a vital & needed member of God’s body. We equip & empower every child, woman, & man to thrive in their gifting, creativity, & passion, for God’s glory, the good of our church family, & the mission God sends us on.
-
Everyone Discipled and Everyone Discipling
We take ownership for each other’s holistic growth as spiritual siblings. While elders shepherd & equip the flock, we all commit to grace-filled, Christ-centered peer relationships with a few other disciples who meet together throughout each week.
-
Equipping Children, Teens, and their Grown-Ups
Jesus highly valued inviting kids to participate in God’s kingdom. We prioritize child- & teen-specific spaces for peer relationships & teaching, & equip them to start discipling others. We also help grown-ups with everyday discipleship at home.
-
Transformational Cultural Engagement
The gospel is good news, for everyday life & every cultural moment. We all declare the gospel into areas of personal unbelief & cultural division, & we all display the gospel by engaging biblical justice, & pursuing the poor, helpless, & marginalized.
